The Ben Hogan Apex FTX irons are forged from 1020 carbon steel. Long irons are a cavity back that provide added forgiveness while the short irons are traditional blade designs for feel and control with the short irons. Irons are from 2004 and in really good condition for their age. New grips installed from 4-PW, newer TV on the 3 iron. Irons are like a combo set, blades in higher loft & cavity back in lower lofted. Standard loft, lie, length, level 4 shaft (stiff). Comparable sets go for over $300.
